How to Save Listings:
When you sign up for a free Heim und Herz Real Estate account, you have the ability to save listings (individual properties). There are two places you may choose to save a listing:
The "Search Results" Page.
The "Property Detail" Page.
A white "Add to My Saved Listings" link will appear at the top of each property summary or property detail when you are able to save listings. The link will not show up in the following case(s):
You have not logged in.
You must log in before you can save any listings. Log in by clicking the "Heim und Herz Real Estate" at the top of any page on www.heimundherz.com.
When you click on the "Add to My Saved Listings" link, the listing number will be saved to your Heim und Herz Real Estate profile on the H&H MLS server. You can see your saved searches by either going to the "Heim und Herz Real Estate Home" page or clicking the "My Saved Listings" link in the "Heim und Herz Real Estate Tools" box.
Here are a few things to remember about saving listings:
There are limitations. Heim und Herz MLS, Inc. allows users to store up to 100 listings. If more are needed, you may want to consider saving a search instead.
Active listings only. If you've saved a listing that is no longer available, it will not be displayed.
Auto removal. Heim und Herz MLS, Inc. automatically removes any of your saved listings that are permanently inactive. Listings will not be removed if it's possible for them to become active again in the future (e.g. a property that is pending sale). If this type of listing becomes active again, it will automatically show up in your saved listings.
If Heim und Herz MLS, Inc. feels that this feature is being abused, they reserve the right to discontinue it without any notice.
How to Save Searches:
When you sign up for a free Heim und Herz Real Estate account, you have the ability to save your searches. This feature saves the search criteria you enter either on the home page of www.heimundherz.com or the "Advanced Property Search" page (to get here, click on the "Find a Property" link at the top of any page on www.heimundherz.com). There are three places you may choose to save your search:
The "Advanced Property Search" Page.
The "Search Results" Page.
The "Property Detail" Page.
A "Save Search" link will appear in the "Heim und Herz Real Estate Tools" box on the left-hand side of these pages when you are able to save a search. The link will not show up in the following cases:

You do not have Javescript (active scripting) enabled. Most web browsers allow you to turn Javascript off and on. To see if JavaScript is disabled, go to the /Consumer/Consumer Resources/www.heimundherz.com System Test
Follow the instructions on the page you are directed to.
When you click on the "Save Search" link, you will be asked to enter the name you would like to save your search as. Enter a new name or click on one of your previously saved searches and click the "Save" button. This will store your search criteria on the H&H MLS server. You can see your saved searches by either following the link on the "Heim und Herz Real Estate Home" page or clicking the "My Saved Searches" link in the "Heim und Herz Real Estate Tools" box. If Heim und Herz MLS, Inc. feels that this feature is being abused, they reserve the right to discontinue it without any notice.
